Curate My Chaos is the professional organizing practice of Katharine Murphy, who helps people clear the clutter that gets between them and their homes, their time, and their sanity. As the business matured, Katharine made a deliberate choice: fewer, better offers. Premium in-home organizing on one side, online education on the other, anchored by her signature decluttering course.
The problem was that her digital setup had not evolved with her. The business was spread across Wix for the website, Flodesk for email, and separate tools for invoicing and course delivery. Every one of those tools worked in isolation, and none of them were built to host a professional course experience. She was running a refined, high-touch business on a patchwork of systems.
She came to us with a clear goal and a hard deadline: one cohesive digital home, live in time for her course cohort.

Curate My Chaos now runs on one platform instead of four. The new Squarespace site is clean and moody, aligned to her refreshed brand, with a dedicated member area that delivers her full course experience: the main course guide, bonus e-books, module recordings, and even a Master Decluttering List that unlocks at the right moment in the program. Her email list moved over with its segments intact, her invoicing now flows straight into QuickBooks, and the whole system launched on schedule.
The best part is what Katharine doesn't need anymore: a retainer. We built the site so she can update it herself, trained her on how, and handed it over. For a business built on bringing order to chaos, her own systems finally practice what she preaches.
